If you have an issue once you click the "Login" or "Start without registration" buttons to launch the Streamster desktop app, please pay attention to the error message.
"Wrong user name/password or your account is not active" - likely you're using the wrong credentials. Please use this link https://app.streamster.io/reset-password to recover your password or to remind your user name. Please note, that the user name may be different from your e-mail.
"Server overload" - likely you're using a very old and outdated version of the app. Please download the new one at https://streamster.io/download-now/
If you have any other error messages or don't see any, please contact our support team by creating a ticket.
